For Giving Tuesday, a generous donor has pledged $50,000 to double the impact of gifts made to the ������Ƶ Fund between Nov. 21-28 until midnight or until the pledge amount runs out. 

The ������Ƶ Fund helps make it possible for the college to offer students generous scholarship support. ������Ƶ dedicates $22.4 million this year alone to disburse as scholarships, enabling students from all economic backgrounds to to pursue a high-caliber Christian liberal arts education. The college provides an incredible 95% of first year and transfer students financial aid. For many students scholarships are essential to being able to enroll — and remain — at ������Ƶ. 

“Some students still face a financial gap that can put their ������Ƶ education out of reach,” says Reed Sheard, vice president for college advancement and chief information officer. “When our alumni, parents and friends step up to help close that gap, students’ lives are changed forever.”

Every gift makes a different and unlocks more of the match, but the clock runs out on the match at midnight November 28. Please consider making a gift of any amount to show your support for ������Ƶ students. You can make your one-time or monthly gift today. 

During the Giving Tuesday window, there is more than one way to unlock the match. ������Ƶ is also offering a chance to engrave the bricks than will replace the asphalt through the Formal Gardens. This special location plays a starring role in First Walk and Commencement for ������Ƶ students. Your Nov. 21-28 supports the ������Ƶ Fund and counts automatically toward the Giving Tuesday challenge gift. The brick pathway production is slated to begin in late spring. Bricks will remain available after the Giving Tuesday window.
